Health benefits of grapes
Grapes are not only delicious fruits, but also provide you with numerous health benefits. Grapes are rich in many vitamins like vitamin A, vitamin C, vitamin B6, and folate.
They are also rich in many minerals like calcium, potassium, phosphorus, iron, selenium and magnesium. They also have fiber and proteins. They thus ensure a healthy living for us.

* Asthma: Grapes have well-known therapeutic value in the case of asthma. It helps the asthmatic patients by increasing the quantity of moisture in the lungs, as grapes have good assimilative powers.

* Alzheimer’s disease: Grapes contain resveratrol, which is a helpful polyphenol contained in grapes, which reduces amyloidal-beta peptides present in people suffering from Alzheimer’s disease. It is said that grapes increase brain health and prevent diseases.
* Cholesterol levels: Grapes help to reduce the cholesterol levels as they contain a substance called pterostillbene that lowers the levels of cholesterol in body.
